Donald A. Flynn, a retired Secret Service agent who served on the detail that protected President Ronald Reagan and directed the detail that protected President Bill Clinton, died Jan. 19 at Inova Fairfax Hospital. He was 61.
The cause was a stroke, said his wife, Kathleen Flynn.
